Prime Web Studio is a web design service based in Samal Island, Davao del Norte, Philippines. We build websites for local businesses — resorts, restaurants, retail shops, and more.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, health data, or financial account details beyond what is needed for billing.

We use your information to:

- Send project updates, revisions, and delivery notifications
- Improve our services based on feedback

4. How We Store Your Information
Your files and project information are stored securely in our project management system. We use reputable cloud providers (Google Drive, Notion, or similar) that maintain their own security and privacy practices.
We retain your project files for 12 months after project completion, after which they are deleted unless you request otherwise. Monthly clients' data is retained while the subscription is active, plus 30 days after cancellation.
If you want your data deleted earlier, contact us and we'll remove it within 14 days.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information only with:
- Service providers who help us deliver your project (e.g., hosting platforms, payment processors) — they are bound by their own privacy policies
- Legal authorities if required by Philippine law or court order
We will always inform you if we are required to share your information for legal reasons, unless prohibited from doing so by law.
6. Cookies & Website Analytics
Our studio website (prime-webstudio.online) may use basic analytics (e.g., visitor count, page views) to understand how people use our site. This data is anonymous and not linked to individual users.
We do not use invasive tracking cookies or advertising networks on our studio website.
Websites we build for clients may include analytics tools as agreed during the project. These are disclosed to the client and configured according to their preferences.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
